What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece for all stocked items. There are no minimum order requirements, which makes us ideal for repair shops, individual operators, and distributors testing new SKUs. Bulk orders of 50+ pieces qualify for volume discounts -- contact us for tiered pricing.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and L/C for larger orders. For first-time customers, we typically request 30-50% deposit with the balance before shipment. Long-term partners may qualify for net-30 terms. All transactions are in USD.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sample orders for first-time clients -- this is part of our standard verification step. Sample pricing is the same as regular unit pricing. Once you confirm quality, we can discuss volume pricing and establish a long-term supply agreement.

Can I track my shipment in real time?

Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
We ship on EXW or FOB terms by default, meaning customs clearance and import duties in your country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to facilitate smooth customs clearance. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can be arranged for select destinations -- ask us for availability.

What warranty do you offer on parts?
All parts come with a 3-12 month warranty depending on the product category. Engine components and hydraulic parts typically carry a 6-12 month warranty; wear items such as filters and seals carry 3 months. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal operating conditions. Damage from improper installation or misuse is excluded.
What happens if I receive a wrong or defective part?
Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. If the error is on our side (wrong part shipped or manufacturing defect), we will arrange a free replacement or full refund -- including return shipping costs. We aim to resolve all claims within 3-5 business days of receiving your report.
